CANCELLATION OF LEASE CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Cancellation of Lease Contract is made and executed by and

between:

OLGA K. MENDOZA, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Barangay San

Pedro, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as
“LESSOR”;

-and-

RENE MADURO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Barangay

Bacungan, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as
the “LESSEE”.

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the Parties hereto executed a Contract of Lease related to

certain real property with improvements, formerly known as CASA LINDA
INN, located at Trinidad Road, Rizal Avenue, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan,
Philippines, that entered into the notarial books of Notary Public, Atty. Marc
Edward P. Barone dated August 11, 2022, with Doc. No. 277, Page No. 57, Book
No. XLV, Series of 2022;

WHEREAS, the parties mutually desire to terminate the said Contract of

Lease;

NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION

of the mutual covenants contained herein and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of all of which is hereby acknowledged,
the parties agree and covenant as follows:

1. That the Contract of Lease between the parties dated August 11,
2022, covering a certain real property with improvements, formerly known
as CASA LINDA INN, located at Trinidad Road, Rizal Avenue, Puerto
Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines, for a lease period of Two (2)
years from July 1, 2022 until June 30, 2024, is hereby canceled, terminated
and otherwise deemed null and void, effective as of the date of the
execution of this Cancellation of Lease Contract; and

2. The LESSOR and LESSEE declares that any and all rights or obligations
under the Contract of Lease dated August 11, 2022, are hereby terminated
and released, and the parties hereto hereby fully and completely forever
discharge and release each other from the same.
