“Bird’s eye view on the National Security Situation on both Internal and External
Securities”

- Progress re: Campaign against CTG/LTGs

a) From DSSP Kapayapaan interventions (89 GFs in 2018 to 11 WGFs at

present) which focused in attaining Strategic Victory.

b) Left -hand and Right-hand approach from various campaigns from FEM to
BBM presidency
(i) Left hand approaches consist of multi-agency and multi-sectoral
interventions to address socio-economic issues being exploited by
CPP to induce division in Filipino society and hatred in the
government.
(i.e. E-CLIP, PAMANA, Whole-of-Government/Nation approach)

(ii) Right-hand approaches involve using of military and police power

and law enforcement to address local insurgencies.

Internal Defense Posture against External Threats and Geopolitical
