PUBLICITY CONSENT FORM

Rennes School of Business (association whose head office is located at 2, rue Robert
d'Arbrissel - CS 76522 - 35065 RENNES Cedex) wishes to fix, reproduce, represent and
generally use your image by photography or video, individually or in groups, during the
events listed below for posting on the Internet (and in particular on the websites published
by Rennes School of Business and on its social network accounts), publication on the school's
various brochures, directories and other promotional documents, advertisements in regional,
national and international magazines.

You can :
(i) give a global authorisation by accepting all the events listed below: simply tick the "I
accept" box below or

(ii) select the events: simply strike out the events for which you do not give your
authorization, or

(iii) refuse everything by checking the "I refuse" box below.

The recordings of your image may be exploited and used by Rennes School of Business,
throughout the world, for a period of 5 years from the date of their creation, in whole or in
part, in any form and on any medium known or unknown to date (including, but not limited
to, websites, social networks, public screenings, press articles, advertisements, brochures,
posters, etc.). This authorisation is granted free of charge, without remuneration payable by
Rennes School of Business.

You may also withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to the Brand &
Marketing Management of Rennes School of Business or by contacting the Data Protection
Delegate whose contact details are given below.

The personal data collected on this form is kept by Rennes School of Business for
administrative management purposes (management of authorisations) for a period of 5
years. These personal data are exclusively intended for Rennes School of Business.
In accordance with the regulations applicable to personal data, you have a right of access to
the data concerning you, a right of correction, a right to erase the data, the right to withdraw
your consent to the processing of the data, the right to limit the processing, the right to the
portability of the data, the right to object to the processing for reasons relating to your
particular situation, the right to object to commercial prospecting without having to provide
a reason, the right to formulate directives concerning the storage, deletion and
communication of your post-mortem data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the
CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés).
