LAND WORK AGREEMENT

I, Nerissa P. Barreto, of legal age, currently residing at 3 G. Paz St. Hulo, Pililla/Rizal,
Philippines 1910 and with Philippine Passport #P1469789C issued on August 27, 2022, having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the legal owner of a land at Culitis Road in Pililla, Rizal. This land is currently
being used by Lino de Leon for planting rice at no cost. He is aware that when the time
comes when I need to occupy the land, he will need to vacate as agreed between myself,
my husband Roldan Barreto, Lino de Leon, and his wife Marilou in October 2022.

2. That this affidavit was executed for the purpose of attesting to the truth of the facts above
stated and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
