 c. Vital signs taking & BMI computation
 d. BHW Recording and Reporting

 Conduct training to the BNS and BHW for the correct /proper assessment of child growth and development

 Conduct a health education on first 1000 days to all pregnant mothers

 Micronutrient Supplementation on children 6-11 months and 12-59 months (multivitamins, micronutrient powder for
6-23 months old)

 Conduct a training for Infant and Young child feeding (IYCF)

o Food demonstration to all mothers with 6-23 months old children

 Conduct a yearly “PABASA SA NUTRISYON” to all mothers (pregnant, postpartum and lactating)

 Conduct Training to BHWs on how to counsel clients and provide contraceptive information and select short-term FP
services (oral contraceptive pills, condoms) to hard-to-reach communities.
