TOPIC The Ear

PREVIOUS Students know that they hear with their ear.

SPECIFIC After watching a video on how we hear, students will correctly identify 4 parts of the ear, and state the

CONTENT

Pinna- funnels sound vibrations to the ear drum

Ear drum- vibrates and so passes on vibrations to the cochlea

Cochlea- converts sound vibrations to electrical messages

Nerve- takes messages to the brain
