Self-contained skid for proportioning foam concentrate with the capability of 1% @ 30,000
GPM, 3% @ 10,000 GPM and 6% @ 5,000 GPM. System meters foam application based upon
flow for accurate concentrations. Flow meter reads total flow and concentrate used.

300 GPM Single point DFI – Direct Foam Injection

Description
Based on the vast experience of US Fire Pump Emergency Response
Team with suppressing industrial fires and mitigating other hazards,
the DFI unit was designed to provide assistance in fighting
dangerous fires by supplying foam into the water system.

The highly effective injection unit implements FoamPro® foam

monitoring and foam flow into your pipeline of pumps and hoses to
combat any situation. Capable of flowing 300 gpm (1,136 Lpm) into
the system and monitor the foam to water ratio accurately and
consistently to ensure quality suppression and reduce waste. System
is capable of flowing any form of firefighting foam, including our
Dwight Signature Series Foam.

Water and foam mixture can be fed into large volume firefighting
monitors such as the US Fire Pump Sentry 9© trailer mounted
monitor, or sent over a long distance hose relay, substantially
increasing the logistical efficiency at incident sites.

The DFI unit is compact and easy to deploy. The self-contained
pumping system can be built on a base skid, or a trailer for easy
transportation. A large integrated fuel tank can hold enough fuel to
run the pump for up to 8 hours.
Firefighting experience and commitment to reliability are
incorporated into the design of the control system. All US Fire Pump
DFI units provide a user-friendly, water resistant control panel as a
primary interface, advanced sensors, redundant control
mechanisms, and emergency shut-down switches for safe and easy
operation.
