Human-Computer Interaction
Human - Computer Interaction is becoming an essential part of society and with the
advancement of innovation, computers have become integrated as part of the norms. What I
learned on this topic is that HCI is becoming importance towards efficiency, productivity, and
accessibility. With the drive to work productively, enhance user experience, gain technical skills,
and provide innovative solutions to errors and data-making. I also got to learn more on HCI
towards its unique usage in interactions towards user such as a custom-built interfaces for every
user, a simplified but efficient user experience as well as integrated augmented reality and virtual
reality in our daily life. With the aid of such innovation, reality became informative and interactive
with how AR and VR facilitates users especially me on my works and enables me to look at the
world in a digital environment where I can be productive and creative.

Intellectual Property Rights

In this topic I learn a lot about my rights as a creator and my creations. I have learned
that what I make in the real world and especially in the digital world have a legal bases, With IP
focusing on the rights of creators to protect their creations and upholds an ethical procedure
especially as a property. With IP varying from Patent, Trademark, to Copyright, creators have a
right for their creations to be protected. They are also tied to laws especially RA 8293, RA 165 and
165 whereas a violation towards the creators will be punished imposing fines and injunctions. Ill
also share that with IP still have some loopholes and certain issues that must be addressed, the very
benefit of IP by trademarking, copyrighting, or patented will aide a more secured innovative ideas
for creators and have them credited of their works.

ICT in Education
Education, the very essence of society and growth. With the integration of ICT, education
rises to other heights regarding fostering learners and educations. I have learned that there are so
many benefits of ICT in education such as accessibility to various information resources, interactive
learning tools, innovative educational materials, and digital literacy and skills development for both
learners and educators. Overall, students can have their unique personalized learning approach,
and improvement in communication skills, flexible teaching, accurate realtime assessment and
feedback as well as connectivity and innovative engagements of teachers and students. Although
with pros, cons also in tandem with it. With challenges such as digital divide, distraction, digital
addiction, misinformation, and the over reliance of technology in learning.

ICT in Governance
 In this topic I have learned a lot on how helpful ICT is for governance. With this
innovative approach, effective and efficient governments are created with e-governance. This is to
integrate ICT in government processes which improves transparency and accountability. With E-
governance, more citizens can establish a connective transaction of government services with
engaging approach on how government provide plans and decision making.

Introduction to Ecommerce and Social Networks

I have realized that as I grow up, commerce is a necessity to survive and with the
various necessities, acquiring it can sometimes be rigorous and time consuming. With the
implementation of e-commerce, life of every citizen became less stressful which makes them have
much more time to do more things. With transactions and business done on the internet, a lot of
things can be acquired without the input of travel and window shopping. Shopping online became a
norm of buying things unavailable at the local market. The integration of social networks has also
become an important aspect of life information sharing, communication, and e-commerce. With the
benefits of selling products and services on social network platforms, people can hop and buy
anytime and anywhere.
