The graph below gives information about the percentage of the population in four Asian countries
living in cities from 1970 from 2020, with predictions for 2030 and 2040.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons
where relevant

The line graph introduce the proportion of the population in Asian countries, as Philippines, Malaysia,
Thailand and Indonesia between 1970 and 2020, with anticipation for period from 2030 to 2040.

Overall In common, all of the population in which is gives given countries have has increased, generally
rising until toward 2040. Malaysia is the leader of number of the people (85%) in four countries,
whereas Thailand have the lowest result (47%). It is also evident that the most significant rise of
population was in Malaysia and Indonesia.

Despite the initial population in Malaysia, it has remarkably moved upward since the start. Indonesia is
the second leader of population and it significantly soap till 2020. In future Malaysia and Indonesia also
will has a rise in 20 years.

unchanged between 1990 and 2020. As shown, the trend of Philippines’s and Thailand’s populations will
rise by 2040.

Malaysia’s population will have moved upward to 7% from 2020 to 2040. Indonesia is the second leader
of population and its percentage of populace starts from about 14%, greatly lower than beginning of
Malaysia’s people’s proportion, although also have dramatically increase by around 50% between 1970
and 2020. In future, the populace will have grown up to about 10% by 2040 in shown period.

The proportion of Philippines people began in 1970 and remain steady last over 30% next 10 years and
was rising to just under 50% from 1980 till 1990. Then, the trend has fluctuated between 1990 and
2020. Eventually, the percentage will have climbed by about 55% in the given years. Populace of
Thailand’s residents began about 19% and rose by around 30% from the beginning to 1990. However, a
rise unchanged between 1990 and 2020. As shown, the trend of Thailand’s population will have gone up
to about 20% by 2040 in given period.
