2. Pre-requisite
3. Responsibilities
This procedure refers to a certain position that has the responsibility to carry out the
implementation of activities.
a. Manager
Ensure these procedures are followed and provide the recommended support tools.
b. Supervisor
c. HSE
Responsible for periodically reviewing the operator’s compliance with this procedure
Operator.
B. PRE-OPRATIONAL
Connect a 3-phase 200V power source to push-button switch-50 with a cable greater than 1.6
mm in diameter. This machine works normally / only turns back when the work material is
loaded; pressing the switch button will not start the loop. Press Foot Pedal-27 rotates Turn-2

Arm normally and reverses direction to correct starting position and stop turning arm. In case
of reverse rotation, only the 12-claw clutch moves up and down (makes a sound), the turning
Replacing Roller-63 must be selected according to the diameter of the steel rod to be bent.
Put the steel rebar on the work bench-3; Adjust and fix the steel bar so that it is tightly packed
with the shifting roller-63 and the 37-adjust stopper. Fit the 2-roller arm approximately 3mm
from the bending roller-6. Note: When aligning the roller arms, align them so that the two
rollers and the arms are the bending tightly around the Grooved Blades.
The bending angle of the steel bar can be adjusted by placing the touch pin-61 on the touch
ring-5. Note: The bending angle accuracy differs according to the diameter of the steel bar, the
material and the allowance between the bending roller and the steel bar. Therefore, bend the
steel rod once and fix the position of the Touch pin.
Choose the high or low speed according to each Model (refer to the Machine specifications).
Change the gear shifting speed -58 with the change of the 60-speed shifting lever up for high
speed and down for low speed Note: Stop the motor before changing the speed shift lever. or
Press foot pedal-27 gently arm Roller -2 turn to the right; After bending, the Roller arm and the
-5 twist ring are reversed to rotate to their proper position, when the power is cut off and the

In a situation where the roller arm moves until it touches the steel bar when the foot pedal is
depressed, pauses for a while, then starts bending the steel rod in no problem as determined
when the machine is running. However, this can be corrected by the suction-62 adjustment.
3. Remote Control
In case of operation away from the machine, open the 44-door plate and remove the 32-foot
switch.
D. SAFETY EQUIPMENT
Termination during bending. If the roller arm-2 has to be stopped during bending, press the
lever in front of the touch ring-5 in the direction of the roller arm. The roller arm will reverse
E. MAINTENANCE
If the motor is unloaded, makes noise and won't turn, spins slowly, or rotates in one direction
when rotated by hand, the power is -1phase instead of -3 phase. In such case, check the
power source.
The rubber-36 pad can be deformed or damaged if it is used for a long time. If that is no longer

considered sufficient) by pressing the center with the fingers. When installing the V-Belt, adjust
it with bolt-hexagonal-41.
Check the rotating and slip parts periodically and fill with grease if necessary.

F. WARNING
During operation, the 2-roller arm, 4-bending arm and 5-touch ring are repeated with the same
motion, in particular, therefore, do not touch any end of the 3-work plate.

The roller arm of the machine rotates only during bending, as a rule, does not move even
when push-switch -50 is turned on. Therefore, don't forget to press the OFF button after
finishing work.
By changing the roller arm and replacing the roller for large radius, a large radius bend with
approx (up to 90.0) is possible. Match the basic position; replace the roller with large radius,
as well as the diameter of the steel ball. Change the position of the bottom bearings according
to each bend
