PROJECT PROPOSAL

I. PROJECT TITLE:

PESIAN 2023 AWARDING

II. RATIONALE

To gear with the school mantra of Paralaynan Elementary School which is to Promote a culture
of Excellent Service through quality education. This will be given chances to every individual
who have perform their excellent service for the benefit of our children. PESIAN 2023 Awards
Night or know as Paralayunan Excellent Service Incentive and Awards Night 2023 is propose
for a reasons of motivating every individual to perform quality service or remarkable character
they have performed.

III. OBJECTIVES

The project aims to accomplish the following objectives:

1. Recognized every individual on their remarkable achievement and accomplishment.

2. Encourage individual to be serve with excellent performance.

3. Initiate project or work that is remarkable to the school community

III. METHODOLOGY

The proponent, with the guidance of the Principal and Head Teacher, spearheaded the
project following the series of activities:

1. Identify every individuals who take part in serving the school though a physical and useful
projects in the school.

2. Identify the parents who manifest their genuine supports to the school program and projects
and also to their children's performance.

3. Set ratings and criteria in each category for awarding and approved by the school authorities.

4. Initiates a programs of awarding ceremony

Benefits/Anticipated Outcomes

This program will help the school community to encourage and united in making a
remarkable performances and quality of service and participate in the betterment of the school
vision and mission.
V.RECIPIENTS

All school community will be benefit on this project such as pupils, teachers, parents
stakeholders.

VI. TARGET DATE

Upon the approval of the project, the program/project will start following the standard
procedure set by the school.
