Dear Mr./Ms.,

You are hereby granted permission to construct/ retrofit your unit at Fame Residences Condominium Corporation.
Required documents have been submitted prior to issuance of this permit. You are to abide by all the revisions
and recommendations endorsed by the Property Management Office, as well as all House Rules and Regulations,
Design Guidelines, and Construction Guidelines set forth by Fame Residences Condominium Corporation.

Please be reminded of the following guidelines:


1. All works shall be accordance with the latest government regulations and applicable codes;
2. All renovation works shall be in accordance with the approved plans;
3. Renovation works shall be done within the unit’s premises only;
4. No work or materials shall obstruct the hallways and/or other common areas;
5. No work shall be carried out that could damage the structural components of the building;
6. Work Permits shall be fully filled up by the contractor/owner and shall be renewed every week;
7. Premises shall be kept free from any debris during the renovation works. Debris and/or garbage shall be
hauled out of the property on a daily basis by the contractor during the duration of the renovation. No
construction debris shall be disposed in the garbage room or in any part of the common area.
8. Any worker without an ID will not be permitted to enter the property;
9. All workers are subject to search and body frisking by the guard on duty when entering and exiting the
main gate/building;
10. All workers are not allowed to loiter outside their area of renovation;
11. Workers are not allowed to use the passenger elevator. Only stairways and service elevator shall be used
to access the unit being renovated.
12. Construction shall be allowed from Mondays to Fridays 9:00AM – 12:00PM and 1:00PM to 5:00PM;
noisy works shall only be permitted between 10:00AM – 12:00PM and 3:00PM – 5:00PM. No works on
holidays.
13. Contractor’s workers shall not be allowed to stay in or work overnight;
14. All construction materials, supplies, tools and equipment are to be listed in the Work Permit and checked
accordingly by the guard on duty prior to entry/exit into the building.
15. Delivery trucks shall only be allowed to unload renovation materials/equipment at designated unloading
areas for a maximum period prescribed by the Condominium Corporation.
16. Smoking, drinking of liquor, gambling are strictly prohibited in the property;
17. Cooking and bathing of the workers at the common areas are not allowed.

To avoid work stoppage by the Property Management Office or the Governing Municipal Office, we advise
you to post this notice together with the Municipal Construction Permits (if applicable) on your front door.

Likewise, please note that this Notice to Proceed with Construction does not cover Hot Works. To ensure fire safety
during any activity involving hot works, we require you to secure a special Hot Work Permit from our office on a
daily basis.
