I Marcial M. Umali Jr., of legal age, hereby authorize Mr. Jacinto L. Carlos to lease
and receive the proceeds of the said lease of my owned property as described below;

587278-R 100sq. meters

587279-R 147sq. meters

Both properties are located at Sindalan, McArthur Highway, City of San Fernando,
Pampanga.

I hereby certify that I am the owner of the said property and in the process of selling the
property to Mr. Carlos.
