The meeting started at 12.30 with a word of prayer from Rev Joseph

MIN 03/03 PROJECT

Fundraising will be held on 29/9/2024 member’s agreed that every family to
pledge 40,000 target amount for fundraising is 500,000

MIN 04/03 QUOTA

We have been allocated a quota of 187,000 we have been asked to contribute
18,200 every month to help us reach the allocated amount we used to raise 300
each per month, but members agreed to increase it to 400 starting from march . The
additional 100 was agreed upon to raise the funds from 18200 to 23,000 per month
including tithe and offering just in case there are any unexpected increases.

Members elected the following people.

3. Stanley Macharia
