Subject: Loan Recall Notice.


Messer’s / Sir/ Madam,

Under the instructions from on behalf of Indusind Bank Limited, having its registered office at 2401, Gen.
Thimmayya Road, Pune – 411 001 and also having its branches at Indusind Bank Ltd, PNA House, 1 st floor,
Plot no 57 and 57/1, Street no. 17, Near ESIC Office, MIDC, Andheri (East) Mumbai-400093. & Indusind
Bank Ltd, Ground Floor, S-2, Silvanto # 349 – A, Central Avenue Road, Chembur, Mumbai - 400 071, we
hereby address you this notice as under :-

1. That our client is engaged in the business of Banking and is inter-alia providing credit / Loan facilities to
its customers. That you the addressee is also aware that our client is engaged in the business of
advancing various loans.

2. That you the addressee had approached to our client for availing personal Loan facility and you the
addressee had applied for loan of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) vide loan agreement number
701000126173.

3. That our client after perusal of the financials and paying capacity and on your agreeing of Various terms
and conditions and covenants sanctioned a loan of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) to you. In
this regard you the addressee had executed Loan Agreement no. 701000126173 dated 07-Oct-2015 &
Demand Promissory Note 07-Oct-2015 along with other requisite documents. Further you the addressee
had also executed letter for continuing guarantee in favour of our client.

4. That as per the terms and conditions of the loan agreement said loan was to be repaid in 36 equated
monthly installments (EMI) of Rs.3,467/- (Rupees Three Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Seven Only)
each. That timely repayment of the monthly EMI’s was the essence of the loan agreement. That in
pursuance of this, you the addressee had furnished SI / ECS mandate to debit your bank account
towards the repayment of the equated monthly installments. But to utter surprise of our client most of the
SI / ECS were dishonored on its presentation and you the addressee had defaulted in the timely
repayment of the monthly installments of your loan account on most of the occasions.

5. That despite the repeated reminders and requests, you the addressee had failed to regularize your loan
account.

6. That in compliance to the terms and conditions of the your loan agreement with our client, the said loan
stands terminated and you the addressees are directed to deposit immediately sum of Rs.86,718.76/-
(Rupees Eighty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Eighteen & Paise Seventy Six Only) which includes
total loan outstanding amount as per the loan agreement, due as on 22-03-2017.

7. That however despite the fact that the said finance facility has been duly disbursed by our client to you
the addressee, however in violation and breach of the mutually agreed terms & conditions of the said
finance facility, you the addressee had failed / avoided to make payment of the amounts due and
payable by you to our Client, in respect to the afore-referred loan account.

8. Hence your loan account bearing no. 701000126173 stands terminated and you the addressee is
directed to deposit Total Loan Outstanding of Rs.86,718.76/- (Rupees Eighty Six Thousand Seven
Hundred Eighteen & Paise Seventy Six Only) within seven(7) days from receipt of this notice
otherwise our client will be constrained to initiate appropriate proceedings against you the addressee as
per the agreed terms & conditions of the loan agreement for the recovery of the amounts as mentioned
hereinabove without further reference to you the addressee on your own cost and peril.

9. Please also note that this notice is being sent to you, without prejudice to our client’s rights & remedies
to enforce the other terms and conditions of aforesaid loan agreement, other deeds and documents
executed by you in favour of our client including but not limited to initiating civil and criminal proceeding
as well as invoking reference for initiation of Arbitration proceedings, for reasons stated above.

10. In case of any query or clarification / settlement of outstanding dues, you are requested to visit our
client’s aforesaid registered office or contact our client’s Manager Mr. Dipak Kolapate – 9930590501.

That copy of the present notice is retained in our office for future reference.
