Facial & PIN Verification – Activation Guide

To activate Windows Hello, confirm connection to Mars Network or VPN. Please reboot
your device 2 times, 20-30 minutes apart (activation will begin after 2 reboots). After
setting PIN and biometric verification, please stay connected to the Mars network for
approximately 30-45 minutes and restart your computer in order to complete activation.
Your Windows Hello authentication should be available right after your computer restarts.

Click Set up.

Follow Windws Hello steps
to establish facial
verification.

Type in your Mars User

name and Password and
click OK.

Verify your account via the
method (mobile app
notification, call, or text) of your
choice.

Complete the verficiation
process as requested.

Type and confirm a
unique New PIN and click
OK.
