Controlling
a. Managing the company's work with technology is the easiest and most optimal
measure today.
At our company, Trello is the app used. This is an effective project management
tool and is quite popular today.
In a simple way, Trello is a free utility that makes it possible to manage our work
through boards, lists and cards. The mechanism of operation of this utility is also
not complicated, when you just need to create boards corresponding to the work and
project being implemented. In each of those boards, you can create notes, as well as
invite project participants to take notes and exchange comments. Not to mention,
Trello also allows users to connect to applications such as Google Drive, Dropbox
to conveniently manage work.
One of the outstanding advantages of this application is that it allows users to easily
control the progress and situation of projects. Projects will be remembered clearly
and clearly. Users can divide into 3 columns: To do, Doing, and Done to be able
to clearly identify the tasks ahead, thereby prioritizing appropriately. In
addition, Trello also makes it easy for users to label projects in different colors so that
they can be easily recognized, as well as move annotations to best serve managers
who can organize and plan upcoming work.
However, Trello has a relatively obvious drawback, which is that it does not
hierarchize admin members. Anyone invited to participate in projects has the right to
edit, assign, or even delete pre-marked sections easily without leaving any notice.
This is also the biggest drawback of this type of utility.
b. Some risks my company might face:
1. Failure to keep abreast of the company's activities
2. Heterogeneous work within a department
3. Employees do not understand the work they are doing because they have not
been specifically assigned
4. Not receiving immediate notification when a mishap occurs

1. Our company chooses Feedforward control

Predictive control helps managers avoid mistakes in the first place, control can help
them understand mistakes as they happen, and feedback control helps avoid repeating
past mistakes.
