I've learned that if you can't change your habits, there are other way to change
and to change your system, because you're not the problem, that system is. You
must focus on your goal, but don't restrict your happiness that can cause
disappointment on yourself. You must enjoy your goal, so you have no doubt. We
can make small progress and improvements about ourselves, to make us better
person. The four stages are the cue about noticing the reward, the craving is
about wanting the reward, and the response about obtaining the reward.
1. We must be fair; we are achieving the same goal so if one person didn't
make it, be proud and focus on them.
2. We can experience delayed in every small thing, but in that situation, we
must be patience.
3. If we make a mistake, we are trying to change about it, we should change
the wrong way so in the next time, we can do it properly.
