through its Secretariat, for determination of the mode of procurement.

Whereas, the provisions of Rule XVI of RA NO. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) and to
promote economy and efficiency to the government in addressing its needs and interest allows the procuring entity to resort to any
alternative method of procurement.

Wherefore, after evaluation and thorough deliberation, it was.

Resolved, as it is hereby RESOLVED to adopt the Alternative Mode of Procurement, particularly_ _____________________________.
