b. enumerate the ways on presenting egg dishes
c. present egg dishes attractively

2. Motivation
Title: Pass the Box
Mechanics:
Before we proceed to our topic, let us have an activity called “Pass the Box”.
There will be a box that will pass each of the class while they are dancing “
Agadoo” Whenever the music stops, the students who’s holding the box will pick
a picture from the box. All she needs to do is to identify or name what is in the
picture.
Do you have an idea on what is our topic for today?
B. Presentation
1. Teacher will show a video presentation:
Process Questions:

What have you observed in the video presented? Good observation.


When was the last time that you ate an egg?
What is your favorite egg dish?
Class have you experienced decorating an egg?
Which cupcake is pleasing to your eyes and very inviting to eat? Plain or
decorated egg?
2. Discussion about the ways of presenting egg dishes.
3. Different techniques in Presenting egg dishes attractively.
C. Generalization
Part of serving food is presentation. It should appeal to your mouth, nose, and
eyes. You don’t have to be a trained chef to learn the basics of plating, which is
the art of presenting food in an attractive way.
D. Application
The teacher will demonstrate how to plate a DEVIL’S EGG.

The teacher will ask 2-3 students to try egg plating.


E. Evaluation (Group Activity) EGG WORD FIND

The class will be divided into 6 groups and their activity is to find words can be
across, up, down or diagonal.

The first group to finish or find the 6 words will win this activity and they will get
the point.
