& marked as ANNEXURE – A.
2. That the petitioner & Respondent have settled their issue & the same has been reduced in
writing in form of memorandum of understanding dated……….. A copy of MOU is
attached & marked as ANNEXURE-B

3. That the petitioner is primarily seeking the quashing of proceedings above mentioned
criminal case arising from said FIR , on the ground that subject matter of dispute has now
amicably voluntarily , mutually settled & compromise.
4. That the said dispute arose out of misunderstanding B/W parties , which has now been
amicably settled
5. That it has been expressly & specifically agreed that ‘R’ has no grievance of any kind
including any claim, monetary etc. & no guivience left against each other.
6. That it has been mutually agreed & resolved that none of parties shall pay any
compensation/damage to other party.
7. That the b ‘P’ & ‘R’ have arrived at memorandum of understanding (MOU) , mutually ,
amicably, voluntarily & of their own free- will choice.
8. That no animosity exist B/W parties, the interest of justice demand that the present case
& the proceeding initiated be quashed.
