II. ANALYSIS

Grade 7:
 The results indicate that out of 50 items quarterly assessment the Highest
score obtained was 42 while the lowest score was 17 a Mean of only 25.9
and a Mean Percentage Score of 51.8

Grade 8:
 The results indicate that out of 50 items quarterly assessment the Highest
score obtained is only 46 with the lowest score of 14 a Mean of only 30.6
and a Mean Percentage Score of 67.2

Grade 9:
 The results indicate that out of 50 items quarterly assessment the Highest
score obtained was 45 while the lowest score was 15 a Mean of only 29.4
and a Mean Percentage Score of 58.8
Grade 10:
 The table above reflects the performance of Grade 10 learners in the third
quarter assessment. It can be gleaned from the table that out of 60 items,
the highest score obtained was 60 while the lowest was 40.
Overall, the mean score of 51.3 and MPS of 85.5 implies that most of the
Grade 10 learners are on average mastery level of learning competencies.

III. ACTION TAKEN BY THE SCHOOLS

Grade 7:
 Nagbigay ng mga karagdagang babasahin at mga aktibidad na
makakatulong na higit na maunawaan ang aralin.

Grade 8:
 Nagbigay ng mga karagdagang babasahin at mga aktibidad na
makakatulong sa pagpapaunlad ng mabisang pagpapahayag ng ideya
at saloobin.

Grade 9:
 Nagbigay ng mga karagdagang babasahin at mga aktibidad na
makakatulong na higit na maunawaan ang aralin.

Grade 10:

II. ANALYSIS

Grade 7:
 The Mean Percentage Score is 85.8 because the Highest Score
Obtained is only 42 out of 45 items Quarterly assessment with a
Lowest Score Obtained is 15 so that the Mean is only 23.3

Grade 8:
 The table above reflects the performance of Grade 8 learners in the
second quarter assessment. It can be gleaned from the table that out of
60 items, the highest score obtained was 56 while the lowest was 15.
Overall, the mean score of 38.4 and Mean Percentage Score of 64
Grade 9:
 The Mean Percentage Score is 62.18 because the Highest Score
Obtained is only 44 out of 55 items Quarterly assessment with a
Lowest Score Obtained of 12 so that the Mean is only 34.2.

Grade 10:
 The table above reflects the performance of Grade 10 learners in the
second quarter assessment. It can be gleaned from the table that out of
50 items, the highest score obtained was 56 while the lowest was 17.
Overall, the mean score of 36.2 and Mean Percentage Score of 60.33

III. ACTION TAKEN BY THE SCHOOLS

 Strengthen the remediation and supply additional activities
 Close supervision of the day to day class activities of the learner

II. ANALYSIS

Grade 7:
 The table above reflects the performance of Grade 7 learners in the third
quarter assessment. It can be gleaned from the table that out of 45 items,
the highest score obtained was 43 while the lowest was 21.

Grade 8:
 The highest score obtained is 40 out of 45 items and the lowest is 16
with the mean score of 35.1 which resulted to an MPS of 78 percent.
Grade 9:
 The table above reflects the performance of Grade 9 learners in the second
quarter assessment. It can be gleaned from the table that out of 40 items,
the highest score obtained was 37 while the lowest was 27 which resulted
to a mean of 29 and MPS of 72.5.

Grade 10:
 The table above reflects the performance of grade 10 learners. It can be
gleaned from the table that out of 50 items, the highest score obtained was
48 and the lowest was 38. The mean score is 39.2 and the MPS is 78.4
percent.

tungkol sa kahalagahan ng katarungang panlipunan.
Grade 10: Nagbigay ng karagdagang Gawain gaya ng Role playing na

 Naisasagawa ang pagsasabuhay ng mga pagpapahalaga at birtud na


magpapaunlad ng kanyang buhay bilang nagdadalaga/ nagbibinata

Grade 8:
 Naisasagawa ang mga angkop na kilos at pasasalamat.
 Naisasagawa ang mga angkop na kilos ng pagsunod at paggalang sa
magulang, nakatatanda, at awtoridad at nakaiimpluwensya sa kapwa
kabataan na ipamalas ang mga ito.

Grade 9:

 Nakabubuo ng sintesis tungkol sa kabutihang naidudulot ng paggawa


gamit ang internet sa mga manggagawang kumakatawan sa mga taong
nangangailangan (marginalized) na nasa iba’t-ibang karera o trabahong
teknikal-kokasyonal.

VI. ANALYSIS

Grade 7: Out of 65 items learners score are scattered from 50-25. That is why they got mean score of 37.5
and its MPS is 57.69.
Grade 8: Out of 70 items learners score are scattered from 60-27. That is why they got mean score of 43.5
and its MPS is 62.14
Grade 9: Out of 80 items learners score are scattered from 73-20. That is why they got mean score of 46.5
and its MPS is 58.13.
Grade 10: Out of 80 items learners score are scattered from 78-30. That is why they got mean score of 54
and its MPS is 67.5.

VII. ACTION TAKEN BY THE SCHOOLS

1. Utilized Self Learning Modules (SLMs) for remediation and additional

2. Provide the learner with more basic activity sheets/worksheets,

Overall, the mean score of 53 and MPS of 88.

Obtained is only 56 out of 65 items Quarterly assessment with a
Lowest Score Obtained of 17 so the Mean is 45.

Grade 8: The Mean Percentage Score is 71 because the Highest Score


Obtained is only 32 out of 40 items Quarterly assessment with a
Lowest Score Obtained of 18 so the Mean is 28.3.

Grade 9: The Mean Percentage Score is 77 because the Highest Score

third quarter assessment. It can be gleaned from the table that out of
40, the highest score obtained was 40 while the lowest was 12. Overall
the mean score of 20 and MPS of 50.

Grade 8: The table above reflects the performance of Grade 8 learners in the
third quarter assessment. It can be gleaned from the table that out of
60, the highest score obtained was 55 while the lowest was 23. Overall
the mean score of 47 and MPS of 78.

Grade 9: The results indicate that out of 50 items quarterly assessment the
Highest score obtained is only 40 with a lowest score of 30 a Mean
of only 32 and a Mean Percentage Score of 64.

Grade 10: The range of scores is quite wide from the highest score of 54 to the
lowest score of 22 gaining an MPS of 81.16 percent from a mean score
of 48.7.

third quarter assessment. It can be gleaned from the table that out of
80 items, the highest score obtained was 77 while the lowest was 20.
Overall, the mean score of 59.57 and MPS of 74.4.

Grade 9: The results indicate that out of 50 items quarterly assessment the
Highest score obtained is only 40 with a lowest score of 9 a Mean
of only 31 and a Mean Percentage Score of 62.0.
Grade 10: The performance above stated for Grade 10 learners for second quarter.
The table show that out of 80 items, the highest score obtained was 76
while the lowest was 29, and the mean score of 56 and MPS of 70.
