SUBJECT: Report on the consideration of executive order no. 7s. 2022 issued

ACTION: Deliberation

FINDINGS:

1. Referred to the joint Committees on Rules and Finance of the Sangguniang Bayan was the
consideration of the above-mentioned executive orders issued by PB. Fredelito A. Belleza of
barangay Malaya, Labo, Camarines Norte for study and recommendation to the body.

2. Said resolution pertains to the request of this Body to assign the concerned office and staff of
Provincial Office to hasten the arrangement of ambulance license which is property of Provincial
Government and Camarines Norte Provincial at Labo District Hospital.

3. However, the committees informed that the same is within the bound of power of the governor
hence it is not necessary to enact this measure.

RECOMMENDATION: Adopt the report and archive the measure.

FINDINGS:
1. Referred to the joint Committees on Rules and Finance of the Sangguniang Bayan was
the consideration of the above-mentioned executive orders issued by PB. Fredelito A. Belleza of
barangay Malaya, Labo, Camarines Norte for study and recommendation to the body.

2. Said executive orders pertains to an order reconstituting the local development council
and enhancing it for the 2015 grassroots planning and budgeting process .

3. This executive order is in line to the Section 107 of Republic Act 7160 mandates the
organization of the Barangay Development Council to assist the corresponding Sanggunian in
setting the direction of economic and social development and coordinating development efforts
within the territorial jurisdiction.

4. After through review of the said executive orders, the committees recommended for its
approval for the general welfare of the constituents in barangay Malaya.

RECOMMENDATION: Adopt the report and pass a corresponding resolution.

WHEREAS, reported by the joint Committees on Rules and Finance of the Sangguniang Bayan
was the consideration of the above-mentioned executive orders issued by PB. Fredelito A.

WHEREAS, said executive orders pertains to an order reconstituting the local development
council and enhancing it for the 2015 grassroots planning and budgeting process .

by the joint Committees on Rules and Finance of the Sangguniang Bayan was the consideration of
the above-mentioned executive orders issued by PB. Fredelito A. Belleza of barangay Malaya, Labo,
Camarines Norte for appropriate action; WHEREAS, said executive orders pertains to an order
reconstituting the local development council and enhancing it for the 2015 grassroots planning and
budgeting process . WHEREAS, this executive order is in line to the Section 107 of Republic Act
7160 mandates the organization of the Barangay Development Council to assist the corresponding
Sanggunian in setting the direction of economic and social development and coordinating
development efforts within the territorial jurisdiction. WHEREFORE, cognizant on the importance of
this measure the Sangguniang Bayan now in session on motion of SBM_____, jointly seconded by
SBM______; BE IT, as it hereby resolved to approve Executive order no. 7 s. 2022 issued by PB.

ACTION: For deliberation FINDINGS: 1. Referred to the joint Committees on Rules and Finance of
the Sangguniang Bayan was the consideration of the above-mentioned executive orders issued by
PB. Fredelito A. Belleza of barangay Malaya, Labo, Camarines Norte for study and recommendation
to the body. 2. Said executive orders pertains to an order reconstituting the local development council
and enhancing it for the 2015 grassroots planning and budgeting process . 3. This executive order is
in line to the Section 107 of Republic Act 7160 mandates the organization of the Barangay
Development Council to assist the corresponding Sanggunian in setting the direction of economic
and social development and coordinating development efforts within the territorial jurisdiction. 4.
After through review of the said executive orders, the committees recommended for its approval for
the general welfare of the constituents in barangay Malaya. RECOMMENDATION: Adopt the report
