Dear Sirs,

Refer to our phone conversation and our quotation Q-016/X/SMS/2002 regarding the subject, we is
pleased to propose the revise price for your review and consideration,

- Load Bank 1300 Kw and Operator……………………..Rp 7.500.000,-/unit/day

Terms and Conditions :

1. Price does not include VAT

2. PT. Spektra will provide load bank c/w 15 m cable and qualified operator
3. The daily rental will be charged starting delivery our equipment to PT. Rekayasa Jakarta and
finished at the time delivery our equipment to PT. Spektra office-Jakarta
4. Minimum services are 7 (six) days and working time 10 hours per day. Overtime for operator will
be charge Rp 60.000/hours and for Load Bank will be charge Rp 600.000/hours
5. PT. Rekayasa will provide ;
- Mob-demob Equipment and Operator
- Meal and accommodation for our personnel at site
- Working permit and safe working area
