Introduction
CloudApper will create a custom Timeclock application for HTI Polymer. In addition,
CloudApper will customize the whole application with a couple of extra modules specific to
the requirements of HTI Polymer.

Tasks
CloudApper will complete the following tasks as part of this project:

● Business Workflow:
○ The whole application/solution should enable employees to submit punches
via the application on different job locations.
○ They will also punch out when they check in/out of hotels, start/stop
travelling.
○ Each job has their specific location.
○ At the end of the day, the managers will fill up a daily report form consisting
of a number of variables.
○ The managers will be able to print a report of the daily summary from a
button press.
○ All the time duration for the punches (hotel, travel and job) will be calculated.
○ When the managers are creating the daily report, all the names of the
workers who have logged in to that specific job for that day will be
autopopulated in the Safety Meetings section. The manager can define from
that list who attended the safety meeting and who did not. After all the
workers have signed out, their total time would also be calculated and shown
besides their name in the Safety Meeting section.
○ The invoice/bill for the requested task will be automatically sent to the tenant
after completion. Also, every month the rent/service charge invoice will be
automatically emailed to the tenant, given that the rent remains the same.
○ When the amount of spare parts reaches below a threshold level in the
inventory, Admin/Manager will get a notification, and they can manually
re-stock them as required.
● Roles & Users: Roles - Admin, Facility Manager, Worker.
● Report: Daily Work Report generated by the managers using a button.
● Additional: Setting up custom workflows and App testing.

The following tasks are not included in this project’s scope and will not be performed by
CloudApper:

● Any sort of integration to any 3rd party apps except the ones where CloudAapper is
a partner.

 ● Data Entry of the current system solution into the CloudApper Personalized
Solution.

Deliverables
CloudApper will provide the following deliverables as part of this project:

TOTAL PAYABLE HOURS: 30

CloudApper will charge $440/hour for implementing the deliverables. The first “8 hours” of the total
work hours required for the deliverables is complimentary during the first customization. In that
case, HTI will pay for the 30 hours (35h - 8h) at $13200 (30h x $440).
