Greetings!

In light of the updating of the Operational Plan for the Manila Coastal Strategy and the
continuous implementation of the LGU Compliance Assessment, the Department of the
Interior and Local Government Region III, thru the Manila Bay Clean-up, Rehabilitation
and Preservation Program (MBCRPP) sees it timely to review and update the Manila
Bayanihan Data Capture Form Online Systems (MBDCF).

To further strengthen the implementation and effectivity of the said system, the
MBCRPP PMT3, will conduct an Orientation on the Updated Manila Bay Clean-up,
Rehabilitation and Preservation Program's Manila Bayanihan Data Capture Form
Online System (MBDCF-OS) cum Simultaneous Encoding of LGUs' Baseline Data

In line with this, we would like to respectfully invite your permanent and alternate focal
person of the MBDCF Online System to take part in the said activity on March 7-8,
2024 at Seorabeol Grand Leisure Hotel, Waterfront Rd, Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

Likewise, all identified participants are advised to bring the following, which will be used
during the activity proper:

31. Pocket wifi (optional)
32. Baseline data for Solid Waste Management, Liquid Waste Management,
Informal Settler Families and other related data
