I am writing this letter to inform you of my decision to resign from my position as

PRODUCTION STAFF effective APRIL 14, 2024, due to a medical condition that requires my
full attention and focus for treatment and recovery.

This decision has not been easy for me, as I have enjoyed working with you
(CONTINENTAL) and the team immensely. However, my health must take precedence at
this time, and I believe stepping down from my role is necessary to prioritize my well-
being.

I am grateful for the opportunities I have had during my time here, and I appreciate the
support and understanding I have received from you and my colleagues. I am committed
to ensuring a smooth transition of my responsibilities after my departure.

Thank you for your understanding and support during this challenging time. I hope to stay
in touch and potentially work together again in the future when my health allows.
