CALBERNA CITY

HISTORY
3000 years ago our city was
conquered by the Greeks, and
later by the Romans, who gave
the name to the city and built
the port that we currently
have and it was widely used in
ancient times because we
were a good place for trade.

GEOGRAPHY
Our city is located on an island
surrounded by the Aegean Sea.
Its relief is mountainous and
coastal, it also has forested
areas in the mountains. It is
located near the island of
Santorini.

CLIMATE
Our island has a Mediterranean
climate, with hot and dry
summers and mild and humid
winters, plus some winter days
it usually snows in the highest
mountains.

ECONOMY
The economy of our city is
based on fishing and maritime
trade.
Tourism and the festivals that
are celebrated also bring in a
lot of money since people
come from all over the world.

The culture of Calberna is
very open to others and
hospitable. People greatly
