Ripley Rewards Trip Application Form

Students seeking to attend the Ripley Rewards Trip at the end of each Term are required to submit
this application. To attend the Ripley Rewards Days students must demonstrate:
• Approved attendance over 95%
• No more than 2 Admin Detentions in the Term
• No suspensions in the Term
• Completed all assessment and drafting to date.

Once completed please email this form to: YCO@ripleyvalleyssc.eq.edu.au including your name,
and year level in the Subject Line.

Note: Students will remain on the Ripley Rewards List for the year. YCO’s will only rescind students
who fail to meet the prerequisites listed above each Term. If removed, students will be able to
reapply for the Rewards Trip in the following Term if they meet the required prerequisites.
