From above Literature review and findings, we can say that Voltas
needs to redesign its marketing strategies and ameliorate its after
deals services and also a slight modification it’s price strategy for
dealer in order to make a achievement in India. still, also there are
good probability of a grand success, as the Indian air conditioner
request is increasing veritably presto, If Voltas improves the services
& incitement scheme for dealers. So Voltas has two options1.
Ameliorate the advertising strategy i.e. publicity & after deals
service. This could clearly assist Voltas to access the tough Indian
request and to increase the request share.2. Revamp the incitement
schemes for dealers & distributors so that they push brand Voltas
rather of any other brand. Eventually we can conclude that the
success (or Deals) of Voltas AC is dependent on after sales service &
impulses handed to dealers as they're the bones
