Message: Dear Employer

Since 1 Sep 2022, all organisations are required to provide

the job and work location details of all employees to MOM's
Occupational Employment Dataset (OED).

You will need to give MOM consent to use the relevant

information in the OED to assess:

Your organisation's work pass eligibility

If your organisation meets the Progressive Wage

Model requirements.

Otherwise, your work pass applications and renewals may

be affected.

How to give consent or check if consent has been given

To check if your organisation has given consent, go to

myMOM Portal > Manage Organisation Profile > Consent
Preferences > View Consent Details

If you have not given your consent, please do so using

either:

Note: Organisations that hire Employment Pass (EP) or S

Pass holders are strongly encouraged to provide consent
using myMOM Portal, which you may access using your EP
eService account. If you only hire Work Permit holders, you
can register for a myMOM Portal account at our Work Pass
Account Registration eService and provide your consent in
myMOM Portal.
