In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (Corona

Virus), lock-down has been extended till 31.10.2020. As per the

instructions of Hon'ble High Court only urgent matters are to be taken

up, that too, through video conferencing or Whatsapp Video Call.

Besides by office order of Ld. District & Sessions Judge, Faridabad,

the cases fixed for arguments and consideration can also be taken up if

counsels are ready to address the arguments through Whatsapp Video

Call or Video Conferencing.

The present case does not fall in the above said category,

therefore, case is adjourned to 04.12.2020 for the purpose already

fixed. Previous order be now complied for the date fixed. Intimation

about the next date of hearing be sent to the parties through their

respective counsel/s by SMS facility of the CIS System.
