PRACTICE 2: The diagrams give information about changes in a student accommodation.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make
comparison where relevant.
Write at least 150 words

The maps given demonstrate how a student’s accommodation has (has been) modified since
2010. General speaking, the dormitory witnessed a considerable advancement in term of
facilities and the number of rooms.

As can be seen in the diagrams, the living room which had been located in the north was turned
into a new student-bedroom. They (là ai?) also added a parking lot in the south instead of
preserving old (the old) garden and a en-suite room in the hallway that made the corridor
narrower.

In the northern side of the dormitory, the garden in the corner next to the living room in the past
was taken advantage (nên dùng từ khác) to make place for an extra study-bedroom. The kitchen
now is considered as social area as well.

Về cơ bản đã đạt yêu cầu tối thiểu nhưng nội dung còn sơ sài. Chưa nhấn mạnh các
mảnh thông tin chính một cách hiệu quả. Các lỗi về từ gây khó khăn cho việc đọc hiểu.
 Không nên dùng các từ ám chỉ người đọc hoặc người viết như “they” vào bài dạng
này.

Chưa viết lại được một số từ khóa trên hình vẽ và gây lặp. Cần đa dạng hơn trong việc
nối câu. Nội dung miêu tả chưa thực sự rành mạch. Một số câu có thể được tách ra để
tăng độ rõ ràng.

Đã có ngôn ngữ miêu tả sự thay đổi nhưng có thể cải thiện. Nên nâng cấp vốn từ liên
quan tới chủ đề. Chưa đa dạng về từ vựng và còn lặp. Tồn tại lỗi trong cách dùng từ.
Cần thêm các từ chỉ vị trí. Gặp lỗi về mạo từ.

Số lượng cấu trúc được dùng còn ít. Cần sử dụng thêm các cấu trúc khó hơn để tăng độ
đa dạng và phức tạp. Tồn tại lỗi ngữ pháp nhưng không quá nghiêm trọng.
