201601688W) (Supplier); and
(2) Milvik Mobile Pakistan (Pvt) Limited incorporated and registered in Pakistan (Customer).

BIMA Mobile Pakistan (Pvt) Limited :

BIMA Mobile Pakistan, established in 2015, partnered with mobile network operators and insurance
companies to provide digital healthcare and insurance services that are affordable and accessible to
all Pakistanis. Milvik Pakistan has a customer base of more than 6.6 million customers, provided more
than 1.7 million medical consultations, and has also paid 435 million claims to its customers.
Milvik Singapore Pte Ltd:
Milvik Singapore is the parent company of Milvik Group, registered in Singapore as limited company.

Relationship:

Milvik Singapore Pte Ltd (Supplier) is the parent company of Milvik Group.

Purpose of the remittance:

Milvik Mobile Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. (Customer) wants to reimburse its IT services costs to its parent
company, Milvik Singapore Pte Ltd

Background:
(A) The Supplier acquires IT services from third-party providers and subsequently delivers these services to
subsidiary companies within the Milvik Group, including the Customer (referred to as the "IT
Services").
(B) The Supplier aims to recoup the expenses incurred for the IT Services from the Customer.

IT Services:

The IT services encompass data storage and cloud hosting for in-house developed software, databases, data
warehousing (DWH), and analytics platforms, as well as the implementation cost of Microsoft Dynamics 365
Business Central Essential. (Refer to Schedule 1 of “IT SERVICES COST RECOVERY AGREEMENT”

Request / Application:

Milvik Mobile Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. (Customer) seeks special permission to send remittances for the services
provided by Milvik Singapore Pte. Ltd. as outlined above. We kindly request your approval under the relevant
rules/laws.
