Sub: Request for working capital finance of total Tk. 25.00 crore in the form of Revolving
Time loan limit of Tk. 20.00 crore (180 days) and Overdraft/CC limit of Tk. 5.00 crore.

Dear sir,

Please refer to the subject and be informed that, we, M/s. Khan Iron, a proprietorship concern
engaged in trading and supplying of meltable scraps to steel mills. We have been doing business
satisfactorily since 2008 in the name of M/s. Khan Iron.

As a matter of fact, I like to inform you that, this business requires heavy cash injection for
procurement of various raw materials in cash and need to supply to steel mills on 45-90 days
credit basis. I have been availing revolving Time loan and Overdraft facility from ONE Bank
PLC as support to my working capital requirements.

Now, the cost of procurement of raw materials has been increased significantly requiring
additional working capital facility. Therefore, I request you to please allow me additional
working capital facility of total Tk. 25.00 crore in the form of Revolving Time loan limit of Tk.
20.00 crore (180 days) and Overdraft/CC limit of Tk. 5.00 crore. To secure the bank finance, we
shall provide required collateral in the form of registered mortgage of approximately 70-80
decimals lands having approximate market value of Tk. 15.00 crore.
