DIY Detox Bath Bomb Recipe with Wild Orange and Rose Oils

Remove toxins from your body with a detox bath. This recipe will also help you to relax, unwind with the wild
orange providing an uplifting sensation for the body and mind, and rose oil to treat depression and anxiety.

Ingredients
• wild orange essential oil
• 1 cup baking soda
• rose essential oil
• 1/2 cup citric acid
• 1 1/2 teaspoons almond oil (optional apricot oil)
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil
• 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1 tablespoon witch hazel
• 1/2 cup finely ground sea salt
• 1 teaspoon beet root powder
Directions
1. Blend all dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Blend wet ingredients in second bowl.

3. Combine all ingredients.
4. Place in mold of choice. Alternatively, form a ball about 1–2 inches in diameter.
5. Allow the bath bombs to dry for about 1–2 days.
6. To use, place bath bomb in the bath.
7. To store, place in airtight container. Store in the fridge to keep for roughly 3 weeks.

4 Ingredient Homemade Colon Cleanse Recipe

This popular homemade colon cleanse contains apple juice, lemon juice, ginger, and sea salt. All these ingredients
work together to clean out the colon. They also promote optimum nutrient absorption!

Apples contain a wide range of health benefits. This included the ability to remove cholesterol and other toxins
from the digestive tract. Apple juice is the perfect for a colon cleanse but only if the right type of apple juice is
used. It is possible to get all these benefits from organic, home pressed apple juice because you need as much
fiber as possible.

Lemon juice is an all around superfood for detoxification. It also promotes improved digestion and is full of
beneficial vitamin C. Many people drink lemon juice every morning for improved health. However, it is important to
understand that straight lemon water can damage your teeth.

Ginger is a powerful root and it is excellent for any homemade colon cleanse. Ginger promotes digestion and
increases circulation. It will get the digestive system moving so you cleanse faster. It is also good at relieving
nausea, reducing inflammation, and lowering cholesterol levels.

Ingredients
• 1/2 cup organic, home pressed apple juice
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice from whole lemons
• 1 teaspoon ginger juice
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/3 cup filtered or spring water
• tall glass or mug & spoon
• small pan
Directions
1. Pour the water into the pan and warm it slowly. Keep it cool enough to drink.
2. Pour the water into the glass or mug and add the sea salt. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
3. Add the apple juice, lemon juice, and ginger juice and stir.
4. Drink the mixture 10 minutes before each meal.

Notes: Accompany the homemade colon cleanse with 6 to 8 glasses of room temperature water a day.
