Greetings!

The San Fernando City Athletics Club would like to represent the city in Track and
Field in the upcoming two national sports competition programs, the Batang Pinoy and
the Philippine National Games on December 17-22, 2023 at the ULTRA Sports Complex,
Pasig City. These two simultaneous events will be attended by students/ athletes who
are 18 and above for the PNG and 17 years old and below for the Batang Pinoy.

The said athletic organization will conduct a time trial on Oct.8, 20223 at DMMMSU-
NLUC, Sapilang, Bacnotan, La Union. This to select the best players as representatives
of the city in the above-mentioned national competition. The selected players will be
forwarded immediately into your office after the time trial.

In this connection, May I ask a benevolent assistance from your good office to defray
expenses from the said event.

Attached is the invitation letter to your office from Philippine Sports Commission.
