Madam;

I am writing this letter to formally tender my resignation from my position as a Pharmacy

Assistant at Laforteza Pharmacy, Polomolok Branch effectively. After careful consideration
and reflection, I have decided that it is time for me to pursue new opportunities and
challenges in my career.

Working at this institution has been an incredible experience, and I am grateful for the
knowledge and skills I have gained during my time here. The team of dedicated professionals
I have had the privilege to work with has been supportive and inspiring. However, after much
contemplation, I believe it is in my best interest to explore different avenues within the
pharmaceutical industry.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you for your guidance and mentorship
throughout my tenure. Your leadership has been instrumental in shaping me into a competent
pharmacy assistant. The valuable lessons learned under your supervision will undoubtedly
serve me well in future endeavors.

I genuinely appreciate the opportunities provided by Laforteza Pharmacy and the trust placed
in me as part of your team. It is with mixed emotions that I bid farewell but rest assured that I
leave with fond memories of our shared experiences.

Thank you once again for everything, and please extend my gratitude to all colleagues who
have contributed positively towards making this journey memorable.
