PICK IT-UP CHALLENGE

DESCRIPTION:

The poly area farthest from the center bucket is where a team begins. Before
picking up a bean bag, the student will perform 5 squats, 5 sits ups, and 5 jumping
jacks, after performing the exercises the one student is free to run to any poly area.
With the bean bag on top of the poly spot, the student must do an underhand throw.
The student picks up the poly spot and retrieves the bean bag if they make the
shot successfully. The student places the poly spot on a single stack and hands
the bean bag to the student in front of them. The student returns the bean bag to
its original location and leaves the poly area there if they miss the shot. Only after
a shot is made successfully may someone take a poly place. When one team
gathers every item, the game is done. When one team obtains every poly place or
a predetermined length of time has passed, the game is over. A group can also
receive a point for each round they win. You can count who has the most points
when all of the rounds are finished. The optimal scenario, in my opinion, is when
every team keeps track of their points for each round and counts up to a total that
appears extremely large to them. In this manner, a team that lost a round but was
nearing winning another is still in the running to defeat the winning team.

GAME SET UP:

For the first round, there will be a sizable bucket in the center. For the second
cycle, a standard-sized bucket can be used. It should meet the bucket after ten
consecutive poly spots. There should be one foot separating each poly area from
the next. The bucket should be in the center, formed in an X-shaped pattern. Six
people should be the maximum number of pupils in a group, and there should be
a maximum of six rows up to the middle bucket.

RULES & GUIDELINES:

1. A team wins after they have collected all 10 poly spots first.
2. The team with the most poly spots after 5 minutes wins.
3. Each team counts how many points they get each round and adds them up at
the end.
4. You can only do an underhand toss.

spot.
6. You can choose any poly spot on your side to take a shot.
