THE SHIPPER’S BOOKING OF CARGO TO SHIPCO OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE AFTER RECEIVING THE
TERMS OF THE NRA OR NRA AMENDMENT CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE RATES AND THE TERMS OF THE
NRA OR NRA AMENDMENT.

THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION ALONG WITH THE RATE QUOTE COMPRISES THE NEGOTIATED RATE
ARRANGEMENT OR NRA (per 46 C.F.R. Part 532, Et SEQ.) THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION NUMBER CONSTITUTES
THE NRA NUMBER. THE NRA IS VALID FOR THE VESSEL/VOYAGE AND DEPARTURE MENTIONED IN THE BOOKING
CONFIRMATION ONLY. SHOULD THE VESSEL OR VOYAGE CHANGE, A NEW NRA QUOTE WILL BE OFFERED. ANY
CHARGES IMPOSED BY THE OCEAN CARRIER WITHOUT APPROPRIATE NOTICE, SUCH AS CHARGES IMPOSED
PURSUANT TO 46 C.F.R. 520.8, SHALL BE PASSED THROUGH TO SHIPPER WITH NO MARK-UP. THE NRA MAY
INCLUDE DEMURRAGE, DETENTION, PER DIEM, FREE TIME, WAITING TIME, PENALTIES, INCENTIVES, SERVICE
STANDARDS, FREIGHT FORWARDER COMPENSATION, OR OTHER SIMILAR PASSTHROUGH CHARGES FROM
CARRIERS OR PORTS. THIS NRA IS SUBJECT TO GENERAL RATE INCREASES UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED ON THE
BOOKING CONFIRMATION.

General News

Rates are subject to:

Pier Pass(for LAX/LGB when trucking/ railing into port) is $35.57/teu. Subject to an admin fee if claimed by our
company.

Effective March 22nd, 2022, $10 per TEU will be charged on loaded import and export containers hauled by trucks
through LAX/LGB ports, with exemptions provided for containers hauled by low nitrogen-oxide (NOx) or zero-
emission (ZE) trucks.

Boston Usage Charges: $50.81/20, $69.38/40,& $69,38/45(applicable for all shipments through Boston port),
effective Oct 01, 2022 - Subject to an admin fee if claimed by our company.

OICT’s Extended Gate Fee: $35 valid through Dec 31st 2023, and increase to $40 effective on Jan 01 2024, for all
import and export loads in-gating and out-gating the Oakland International Container Terminal, both shifts (day and
night).

Drayage may be subject to additional chassis charges including but not limited to chassis rental, chassis split, and lift
fees.

HHGs with/without Autos are not permitted on Canadian rail.

Household Goods shipments are prone to Customs inspections and subject to accessorial charges, including but not
limited to: Exam Fees, Inspection Charges, Demurrage, Detention, Storage, Roll Fee, Gate Fee, Administration Fees,
etc.

Cargo Insurance can now be easily added to your booking.

** Insurance & Service Fee $35 (value up to 25K) on non-haz GDSM **
** Insurance & Service Fee $55 (value up to 50K) on non-haz GDSM **
** Insurance & Service Fee $110 (value up to 100K) on non-haz GDSM **

IMPROPERLY PACKAGED CARGO MAY BE REJECTED OR HELD FOR REPAIR TO PACKAGING AT AT SHIPPER'S COST
DELIVERY TO RECEIVING TERMINAL BY LICENSED TRUCKER ONLY. OUR LIABILITY FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR
DELAY MAY BE LIMITED BY FINANCIAL AMOUNT OR REJECTED ON THE BASIS OF INTERNATIONAL
CONVENTION AND OR THE TERMS OF OUR BILL OF LADING, Air Waybill or other terms and conditions. These
terms can be found on our website , copies are available on request. WE WOULD STRONGLY URGE YOU TO HAVE
YOUR PROPERTY INSURED FOR TRANSIT. For example but not by way of limitation, where US COGSA is
compulsorily applicable our financial limits of liability is US$500 per package or shipping unit. Prior to shipment the
limit of liability figure can be increased to a higher value, by you submitting a written declaration of the value of the
goods. Once this increase has been agreed by us in writing, and the amount of any additional freight or other charges
applicable have been paid, then the higher declared value will apply as a limit of liability and such value will be
evidenced in the requisite box on the front of the Bill of Lading/Consignment note.

Effective April 01 2021, Hazardous Group 1 & 2 transship via Singapore is subject to additional HAZ surcharge of
