Hello teacher today I wanna talk about my favorite dish Kimchi soup if I can eat this soup every

day I
would love to but the ingredients are very expensive. To make It you have to prepare kimchi, beef, tofu,
mushroom, and some necessary condiments,… and the way to make them is very easy. Firstly, you have
to slice the beef and cut the tofu then fry the garlic until it turns yellow. Next, add the kimchi, beef and
stir it until the beef is cooked. Secondly, add water and cook it for 5 minutes. Thirdly, add 2 spoons of
fish sauce, 2 spoons of sugar, a little salt, and 1 spoon of chili powder you can change the recipe to be
better suitable for your family. Lastly, you add tofu and mushroom into the soup and that is how to
make the delicious kimchi soup. when you eat this soup you can Feel the slight spicy at the tip of the
tongue, the beef is very tender, the tofu is like melting in your mouth and it is very suitable for eating
with hot rice and eating in cold weather.
