It was agreed that:

ARTICLE 1: OBJECT

The purpose of this agreement is to establish the terms and conditions of the collaboration
between the contributor and Culture Action Europe as part of the “Handle with Care | Culture for
Social Well-being” conference, which takes place on 7-8 June 2023.

ARTICLE 2: ACHIEVEMENT OF INTERVENTIONS

a. In execution of this agreement, Culture Action Europe invites:

to speak in public as a representative of their project at the conference “Handle with Care |
Culture for Social Well-being” conference, which takes place on 7-8 June 2023.

ARTICLE 3: CONTRIBUTION FEE

The Contributor is paid 300 EUR for their intervention. This fee is paid upon the presentation of
an invoice no later than one month after the event by the Contributor to Culture Action Europe. In
case an invoice is not possible the contributor undertakes to sign an acknowledgement of receipt
for 300 EUR. The fee will be paid exclusively by bank transfer within 2 weeks of the presentation
of the invoice.

ARTICLE 4: PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEO AND VOICE RECORDING CONSENT

The purpose of this article is to specify the conditions under which the Contributor grants to
Culture Action Europe the right to use their images and recordings of the event.

The Contributor is aware that Culture Action Europe will take photographs, film and stream the
event online. They agree that Culture Action Europe will record and reproduce their image by
any existing or future technology or means and to be broadcasted on all media known to date by
Culture Action Europe or partners for communication purposes (website, newsletters, social
networks ...) whether on its own communication medium.

Culture Action Europe undertakes not to use the Contributor’s image in a context that could
present a dishonourable or degrading situation for them.

The Contributor releases Culture Action Europe to use, exploit, broadcast, in whole or in part,
without limit of territory or duration, the images or recordings made as part of this event.

ARTICLE 5: EFFECTIVE DATE AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

a. This agreement takes effect from the date of signature.

b. The termination of this contract, by means of supporting documents, may be made by written
request on ten (10) days' notice at the initiative of one or other of the two parties.

ARTICLE 6: POSSIBLE DISPUTES

This contract shall be governed by Belgian law.
