TO REPRESENT ON MY BEHALF OF THE INSTANT

PROPERTY REGISTRATION

I, Dhan Dev, aged 32 Years, S/o Late Leela Devi

R/o Tehsil- Chachyot, Muhal Tharjoon, Parwara,
Mandi Himachal Pradesh- 175029 after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and say:

1. My mother namely Late Leela Devi was the owner

of a certain parcel of land in the Tehsil- Chachyot,
Muhal Tharjoon, Parwara, Mandi Himachal
Pradesh- 175029

2. Through this Affidavit, I hereby authorize Mr. Tej

Singh to represent on my behalf for the said
property for all the purpose of registration, creation
of ownership etc in the instant case for consequently
registering in both of our name, and whatever the
decision will be taken by Tej Singh I would be
having no objections in division of equal shares of
the instant property .

3. I therefore have executed this Affidavit to attest to

the truth I mentioned herein and for whatever legal
purposes it may serve.
