Good morning sir/mam, my name is Daniel Fernando Purba.

I am from Medan, North Sumatra, I

am an alumnus of the Del Institute of Technology majoring in electrical engineering. I have
several work experiences in several different companies.

1. I took part in a BUMN certified internship at PT Inalum (Persero) in Kuala Tanjung, Batubara,
North Sumatra from September 2018 to March 2019. I was placed in the business development
section, the job desk I worked on was:
- Conducting research on the PT Inalum head office construction project in Kuala Tanjung,
Batubara, North Sumatra. and the CPC factory construction project in collaboration with PT
Pertamina in Dumai, Riau.
- Make daily reports and report them to the project manager and business development manager
every working day.
- Participate in meetings regarding development project discussions
- Conduct direct field visits for head office construction projects
I left PT Inalum because the contract expired

2. After I left PT Inalum, I applied for a job application and I got to PT Permata Hijau Group as a
Management Trainee from May 2019 to May 2020. The job desk I worked on was:
- Supervise & monitor the performance of operators & assistant operators based on jobdesks in
the field
- Follow up directly on production targets set by the Production Supervisor
- Make daily, weekly and monthly reports and report them to the Production Supervisor
- Directly supervise the use & implementation of the factory's general K3 system in accordance
with company rules and regulations
- Manage operator & assistant operator permits for illness, leave, etc
- Arrange overtime for operators & assistant operators and request permission from the
Production Supervisor
I left PT Permata Hijau Group because I was sick and my last position was assistant production
supervisor

3. Then after that I tried to apply for a job application and I got it at PT KDS Indonesia from
May 2020 to October 2022 with the initial position as Chief Production and the final position as
Chief Maintenance. The jobdesk that I work on is:
- Supervise and manage the performance of foreman/staff & technicians based on their
respective jobdesks
- Prepare a monthly maintenance budget and discuss it with the production manager and ask for
approval of the monthly maintenance budget.
- Supervise and manage the use of spare parts in the field by the maintenance team to prevent
fraud
- Maximize the reduction in machine downtime so that production targets can be achieved well
- Reporting the condition of machines in the field to the production manager every morning &
evening and providing the best solutions for problematic machines
- Make daily, weekly and monthly reports and report to the production manager the progress of
machine repairs
- Conduct KPI assessments of the maintenance team, both foreman/staff & technicians, based on
what is done in the field
- Create and carry out FMEA analysis
- Installing newly arrived machines
- Oversee the implementation of all schedules in the field
I left PT KDS Indonesia because the work environment was starting to become less conducive.

4. After coming from PT KDS Indonesia, I applied and then I got it at PT Lucky Print Abadi as
Warehouse Supervisor starting from November 2022 until now. The jobdesk that I work on is:
- Oversee items coming in and out of the warehouse
- Supervise and check items that are unloaded and put them into the warehouse
- Supervise and check the loading of items that will be sent to customers
- Carrying out weekly stock taking
- Enter data into the system for items entering the warehouse area
