We are delighted to be of service for our above client setting forth the ordinance and precept under which Arizona DCS LLC will
provide service to its clients. Once you have agreed to become our client, we will provide further detailed advocacy services on your
case.

Our Commitment and Service to you: Client Signature:

❖ Assessment of your immigration eligibility totally for free by offering professional immigration summaries and assessing
your selecting factors according to immigration standards.
❖ Replying to all your inquiries with the assistance of our immigration and Official barrister law firms.
❖ Client meetings can be arranged either in person at the AriZona office or via phone with AZ consultants and case processing
officers.
❖ Submission of your application on your behalf to designated authorities
❖ Prepare you psychologically and physically for your personal immigration interview and finally track your application until
its issuance and approval.
❖ AriZona reserves the absolute right to analyze the Client immigration history and all relevant information to ensure that we
understand all the facts and circumstances that may or may not affect a successful outcome.
❖ AriZona shall use its best endeavors to make the Client’s case as strong as possible and the result which applicants seek is
providing Services Pursuant to this Agreement.
❖ Engagement between AriZona and the client is strictly confidential and AriZona assures and requests that we will neither or
you shall not disclose or discuss any case related information or services with any third party enquiring on your behalf
(including family) unless you provide specific instruction that the third party in question is authorized to do so.
❖ AriZona shall assist the applicants in completion of the online both the relevant Country Program profiles based on
information about his/her skills, work experience, language ability, education and other requested details pertaining to the
requirements of the assessing body provided by the Client. The Applicants and spouse that meet the required criteria of both
the relevant Countries Program will then automatically be placed in a pool of candidates as soon as their application has been
submitted.
❖ Support and assist in your settlement with our unique job allocating network and our employment sources, prepare you for
your arrival at port of entries, your residency responsibilities and obligations and advise you overall about any Citizenship.
❖ In the event of failure of payment on time as per the payment plan given to the Client, AriZona will have rights to terminate
this agreement in its entirety.
❖ Our team and case officer will Guide client to fetch assessment for his/her Educational Degree/ Diploma (as needed differing
from client-to-client), by guiding them to connect with the assessment body and University step-by-step.
❖ AriZona will not be held liable for any delay or obstruction to the process caused due to backlog of cases or any other reason
at the Visa Application center. Therefore, time frames from relevant government bodies shall not be the essence of this
Agreement.

Our and Your relationship:

❖ If you are unable to send us documents electronically, we will advise you on how to send them to AriZona Migrations
Services office for review.
❖ We cannot be responsible for the quality of the documents you provide to the authorities, although we will Advise you of any
potential issues or corrections that needs to take place in the documentation you upload on to our case management system.
❖ The Client understands that he/she must be accurate and honest in the information he/she provides and that any inaccuracies
may void this Agreement, or seriously affect the outcome of the application or the retention of any status he/she may obtain.
The CCIC | IAA | all country barrister’s obligations under the Retainer Agreement are null and void if the Client knowingly
provides any inaccurate, misleading or false material information.
❖ Immigration laws and policies are updated and amended very regularly. The advice we offer during our Consultation process
can only be regarded as current and valid for the time at which it is given. Voluntary withdrawal will not be acted upon – up
until the completion of the process. We cannot be held responsible for changes in immigration policy or law which may
affect your case as your application progresses -although we will always seek to advocate and push forward your case as
strongly as Possible.
❖ In the event Immigration, Employment, Citizenship and Social Development should contact the Client directly, the Client is
instructed to notify AriZona immediately.
❖ AriZona shall resubmit their respective Client’s application, in the event of the Client not receiving an invitation in the first
try. Subjective to the fact that the client still qualifies for The Relevant Country Program. Relevant Country Program profiles
can still be resubmitted/recreated by AriZona as long as the language or tire educational assessment is valid. If expired, then
the Client needs to ensure that they are reapplied for to forward.
❖ Should the Client at any stage of the process after signing the contract wish to terminate, the Client will not be able to do so
based on voluntary withdrawal even before hearing from the immigration, employer, or the visa issuing entity Or After
registration or the applicant decides to withdraw or cancel his/her application, or for some masons whatsoever the Applicant
decides not to confine the process of Documents Clearance/obtaining Services with governing body; the applicant will not
hold AriZona responsible by any means, and the professional fees are not refundable.
❖ The Applicant further acknowledges that the time required to process an application depends on factors, for example time
needed to verify the submitted documents by applicant and other related factors, which may be beyond the control of
AriZona. The applicant acknowledges that no warranty is given as to the length of time required to process the application
other results.
❖ We will always work with you to find an alternative solution if you advise us of any potential difficulties in Sourcing these
documents in advance of this deadline.
❖ Provide you with our skilled programs, work permit services, earch and authentication of the job offer's eligibility, tracking
your work permit application till it is issued while communicating with the proper government office.
❖ Using the AriZona’s processing services, our highly qualified and accredited processing officer will ensure you receive the
most accurate advice to prepare your case and the accompanying documentation for submission.

Refund Policy:
The Applicant is liable to claim for a refund in a case where: Having unsuccessful application due to not achieving
Offer Letter, the applicant will be enticed for a refund of 30% from the professional fees paid to AriZona.
If your case gets rejected or gets negative assessment due to your submission of incorrect documents / information, non-
recognized educational credentials, fails to provide required linguistic score, inaccurate information, voluntarily
withdrawal of the case and fake /fabricated documentation and information, there will be no refund.
Should unexpected, subsequent, or retroactive changes to immigration laws occur from the date of this Agreement,
AriZona will not refund fees that have already been paid and earned, as the Services were performed in good faith.
The Client fails to complete the immigration process by missing an interview or neglecting to undergo a medical
examination.
Once the application is submitted to the Designated government for processing, no refunds will be allowed as this is
contrary to the applicable laws that forbid contingency billing.
AriZona is not responsible for obtaining refunds of money the Client pays directly to other entities, and the Client
understands that they will be subject to the refund policies of the government or organization that is involved.
Once the Client signs the contract and then he/she does not wish to proceed further for any reason whatsoever. The
Client voluntarily withdraws the immigration application at any stage.
The Client communicates directly with government bodies and other organizations without AriZona’s written consent,
and the application is negatively affected as a result; and the Client breaches any of the terms of this Agreement by
providing false information, fraudulent documents or commits any other type of fraud or misrepresentation.

Defaulting on your payment plan:
Failure to adhere to the agreed payment plan will result of freezing of your case. We do NOT charge interest on the
outstanding balance. Prior approval request is mandatory to keep your case active and unaffected.

Severance:
If any part of this Agreement or the Application thereof to any person or circumstances is, to any extent, held or rendered
invalid, unenforceable or illegal the remainder of this Agreement or the Application of such persons under circumstances
other than those with respect to which it is held invalid, unforeseeable or illegal is not affected thereby and comities to be
applicable and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Ending | Accepting this agreement:
In line with UAE Laws and Regulations and International Laws, you have accepted this agreement once you pay your deposit/retainer
and act in line with the conditions herein. This agreement is issued and is legally binding in the country in which you live and to
which you wish to relocate. In accepting the agreement, you agree to be bound by it in all jurisdictions, including USA, Canada,
Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Denmark, Poland, Portugal, Malta, Czech Republic, and hereon . We will automatically end
this agreement if any circumstances arise that are beyond our or your control, and stop us or you from carrying out any of
our or your responsibilities. You are entitled to cancel this agreement at any time without charge up to the point where we
have provided a detailed consultation, advocacy services.

Honoring this agreement by both the parties:

This agreement shall be concluded, by the express will of the below parties, the agreement offers (two copies
of it, with all the annexes integral to it), receives written acceptance on the part of both entities signatures and
stamps collected below.
