Definition:
Acute angle - an angle smaller than a right angle. The range of an acute
angle is between 0° and 90° degrees.

Clock 2

Definition:
Right angle - a right angle is an angle of exactly 90°, as in the corner of a
square or at the intersection of two perpendicular straight lines.

Clock 3

Definition:
Obtuse angle- is any angle greater than 90° and less than 180°.

ABSTRACTION

An angle is formed when two straight lines or rays meet at a common

endpoint. The common point of contact is called the vertex of an angle. The
word angle comes from a Latin word named ‘angulus,’ meaning “corner.”
