1 paquete de galletas 100 gr de mantequilla 1 tarrina y media de queso en crema (tipo philadelphia) 4 huevos 1 lata de leche condensada

Para comenzar machamos las galletas y derretimos la mantequilla, despus mezclamos ambas cosas bien, y con ello cubrimos el fondo y los bordes del molde. A continuacin echamos en la batidora el resto de ingredientes y trituramos bien. Esta masa la vertemos sobre el molde, y para terminar lo metemos en el horno (previamente precalentado a 180) durante unos 30 minutos (este tiempo es orientativo, para saber si el pay est hecho, introduce un palito, y si sale limpio, es seal de que puedes sacarlo del horno). Adorna con lo que ms te guste, mermelada, nata, frutas...
