No special projects/activities will be given to make up for assignments, seat works, projects, and quizzes
missed.

Since examination schedules are set up in consultation with you, there should be no need for make-ups. In
the extreme case where the need for a make-up examination does occur (e.g., illness, family emergency) you
will take it at a pre-arranged time. A grade of 0 will be given if you fail to take a special examination at the
agreed time.

To take this special examination, you should (1) inform me of your impending absence from the examination
at least one day before the scheduled test; and (2) be able to present sufficient proof to justify your absence
(e.g.. medical certificate, etc.).

If you fail to inform me of your absence from an examination within the agreed period, I will deduct five (5)
points from your actual score for each day of delay, starting from the day the examination was administered
until you come and see me about make-up arrangements.

SUBMISSION OF WRITTEN REQUIREMENTS

All written requirements are due on the assigned date and time. The student is expected to turn in each
requirement on time without prompting from the instructor. Requirements turned in late will be checked (on
