Chad is an internationally-trained lawyer-economist. He holds more than 10 years of

professional experience in consultancies for public policy & trusted leadership
roles in organizational management. He has worked with a number of international
entities, bridging together government, private corporations, and civil society
stakeholders for common goals. His professional interests focus on legal and
economic policy compliance and reform related to intersections of international
security, sustainability, and cutting edge technology, focused on AI.
