Job Description:
Supervising volunteer teams in each region.
Develop training programs to enhance volunteers’ skills and knowledge.
Regularly evaluate volunteer performance and provide constructive feedback.
Create a comprehensive plan for volunteer engagement, considering regional nuances.
Coordinate volunteer activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Foster collaboration among teams across regions.
Facilitate effective communication channels among volunteers, regional staff, and donors.
Organize regular meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Represent volunteers’ interests and concerns to management.
Track volunteer activities, hours, and performance.
Prepare timely reports for internal use and donor reporting.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of volunteer activities.
Establishing communication with SDPs, partner organizations, and local government bodies.
Represent the organization and/or volunteers at relevant meetings and events.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, community development).
At least two years of proven experience in volunteer management, youth engagement, or community work.
Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English, Pashto, and Dari.
Excellent in communicating with people, written/verbal
Proficiency in project management and reporting.
